Exercise

Recent research shows that exercise also has positive effects on brain function, especially parts of the brain that regulate attention and parts that control spatial orientation benefit from exercise. It is certain that a lot of exercise can increase learning capacity by improving attention and concentration. Exercise improves communication between neurons. Conversely, imagination, i.e. imagining a certain movement, improves the actual movement. Someone thinks a movement and almost the same neural networks are activated as when someone actually makes the movement. This technique is increasingly used in top sports.
